I am an art therapy specialist that helps everyday women kick fear in the face, create space to hear the voice of God, and walk confidently in their anointed purpose!
A few years ago I lost my power. I stopped remembering who I was, whose I was, and what I was capable of doing! I was looking in the mirror trying to figure out who the girl was that was staring back at me because it surely wasn’t the Regina that I knew and loved.
Along with therapy and the curriculum used in Her Power University, I was able to take my power back, reconnect with myself, and deepen my relationship with God.
As a result, I’ve helped dozens of women do just the same! I am committed to making spaces for God to do His thing! I am committed to showing up 100% authentically in order to use the gift He’s given me to create a space for women to show up. At this point, I’m embracing EVERYTHING! I’m completely aware that God has His hand all over me! Your girl is showing UP! Fully!! Unapologetically! Creatively! Uniquely! Dripping in my Anointing!

Have you ever seen a piece of art that just screams your name? A piece that just speaks to you? More than likely you have. A commissioned piece is a creation the artist and client work together on to make that happen intentionally. You have the option to provide the color scheme, the vibe, or what you want your piece to say. Please note: Other artists’ work can not be duplicated, however; you are able to share a myriad of things for inspiration and direction, including the space where you plan to hang the piece.
Live paintings add a unique element to any event. Have a live painting at your worship service, birthday party, wedding, festival, or any in person or virtual event! We offer a unique painting experience with abstract pieces! You have the option to provide colors, a message, and a vibe that you’re looking to portray or you can give permission to read the room and connect with the audience to create a piece that reflects the essence of your event.
Paint and Heal is not your typical paint and sip. Imagine a group therapy session, a dope paint night, and a night out with your girls all combined in a unique experience. We’ll talk about the hard topics while allowing painting to be the buffer between our hurts, our emotions, and expression. Feel free to bring something to toast to walking fully in our power.
